Customers who make last-minute reservations (less than 24 hours prior to the pick-up time) are required to confirm their reservation by contacting us via phone at 216-322-4464. This helps to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of all reservations.

We will issue credit for your next trip.● Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time.● For pick-ups from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, please proceed to Exit #6 on the ticketing level.● Please note that if your flight is delayed and you end up sharing the ride with other passengers, we will not be able to provide a refund. However, if you decide to cancel your booking, you will be eligible for a refund.● Park N Fly service is available in our parking lot that is located across from the airport.
